SMS Info Line - call-center, which functions via SMS
Often consumers don't want to call a voice number and hold for an answer. For them an easier way to contact an advertiser is SMS.
Th service works as follows. Consumer sends any question via SMS to an advertised short number. Our system, LEAD9 ENGINE checks whether sent text is a standard request. If not, then sends it to the call-center operator. Operator finds the requested information and within 3 minutes consumer receives an answer to the question.
